How a Track Ledger event works

Entry, sign-in, waivers, and scrutineering stay tied to the same driver record.

Step 1

Drivers register once

Drivers create a single profile with their details, vehicles, and memberships. That profile is reused across all clubs and events.

Step 2

Events are set up by clubs

Clubs create an event, assign waivers and scrutineering checklists, and accept entries without spreadsheets or PDFs.

Step 3

Event day sign-in

On the day, drivers sign in digitally. Officials see live arrival status instantly. No paper lists or clipboards.

Step 4

Scrutineering & live status

Vehicles are scrutineered in the system. Pass, fail, or reinspect statuses update live for officials.

Everything is recorded, searchable, and available after the event. No lost paperwork, no mismatched records.

Track-day records in one place

Track Ledger keeps the event record, driver profile, vehicle details, waivers, and scrutineering checks together before and during the day.

Shared records

Drivers, clubs, and officials work from the same data set. Memberships, vehicles, and event entries stay consistent across club and event records.

Paperless by design

Digital sign in, waivers, and scrutineering remove the need for clipboards, printed forms, and manual data entry on event days.

Built for club days

It follows the usual club-day rhythm: entries first, then sign-in, waivers, scrutineering, sessions, and the clean-up afterward.

For clubs and organisers

Run events without juggling spreadsheets, PDFs, and sign-on sheets. Keep members, entries, waivers, and vehicle checks together so officials are not reconciling three versions of the same list.

For drivers and officials

Create your profile once and reuse it everywhere. Sign in digitally, manage vehicles and memberships easily, and give officials reliable information when it matters.

Pricing

Free for clubs, pay when you enter an event.

Track Days

Track Ledger is free for clubs and drivers to create an account, manage events, and run their operations.

When participants enter an event, a small $3 platform fee is added to their entry. This fee goes directly to Track Ledger and helps cover infrastructure, security, and ongoing product development.

Clubs with more than 2,500 members or complex requirements can contact [email protected] to discuss tailored options.

Car shows and social gatherings

Car shows, social gatherings, and public community events are free to run, with no per-event or per-entry fees.

Clubs can publish the event, track attendance, and keep the same member and vehicle records they use for track days.

Free

No club fees. No event entry fees.
